Some of my guiding principles
Everyone is an “athlete” in their own sense. I believe that everyone should have the proper strength and capacity to do the things that they love for as long as they live!
Proper movement comes first. Intensity and weight comes second.
Causes I care about
I have volunteered as the S&C coach for the Rockridge Senior Rugby Team.
I’ve coached high school rugby 7’s in Kelowna.
