Some of my guiding principles

Back to the Basics; fundamentals and building a solid base are the key to preventing injury and improving performance

See everyday and every workout as an opportunity for improvement and progressive development.

Every person; client, coworker and mentor you encounter has something to teach you if you are open to learning and growing.

Causes I care about

I have a passion for improving every level of sport through the science and practice of strength and conditioning. I believe proper movement and functional training can decrease the occurrence of injuries in youth sport as well as push the boundaries of the elite athlete.

I would love to drastically reduce the common injuries and issues athletes of all ages experience with their sport so that they are able to continue to participate throughout their lives.

What my clients can expect

I am dedicated and driven to succeed with every session and every client. I will be your ever available resource, support system and the secret weapon enabling you to achieve your goals. I believe each individual provides an opportunity to learn and grow my craft; I will view your obstacles as challenges for us to overcome together.
