This winter, we're offering programs for youth up to Grade 8. Starting next spring, we're expanding to include youth up to Grade 12.

Jr. NBA Rookie Edition

Kindergarten & Grade 1

Our FUNdamentals program focuses on the introduction and development of foundational basketball skills (stance, footwork, dribbling, passing, shooting) along with fundamental movement skills (ability, balance, coordination) through a games-based approach. Sessions will focus on skills development and structured play.

Time: Thursdays, 5:00-6:00 pm

FUNdamentals

Grades 2 & 3

Skills Academy

Grades 4 & 5

Our Skills Academy focuses on the development and application of foundational basketball skills (stance, footwork, dribbling, passing, shooting) along with the development of proper athletic movement patterns to facilitate long-term athletic development. Sessions incorporate focused skills development while introducing and applying those skills in individual and team play. Structured, competitive play is incorporated into each session (1 v. 1 to 5 v. 5).

Time: Tuesdays, 5:30-7:30 pm

Skills Academy

Grades 6 & 7

Our Train and Play focuses on the development and application of foundational basketball skills (stance, footwork, dribbling, passing, shooting) along with the development of proper athletic movement patterns to facilitate long-term athletic development. Sessions incorporate focused skills development while introducing and applying those skills in individual and team play. Structured, competitive play is incorporated into each session (1 v. 1 to 5 v. 5).

Training Academy

Grade 8

Our Training Academy focuses on developing athletic, smart and competitive basketball players. Sessions incorporate focused skills development through high-intensity training and competitive drills. The Training Academy also incorporates one session a week at Level 10, which focuses on strength, power, agility and athletic movement training. This program provides athletes with a head start on their high school try-outs.

Note: The Training Academy will offer a continuation for winter 2017 for those athletes looking to continue in a structured basketball setting. Exhibition games will be scheduled to provide competition. For more info contact Coach Ryan at 778-322-3529 or ryan@level10fitness.com.

Personal and Small Group Coaching

If Level 10 doesn’t have a program that meets your basketball needs or age group, or you want to learn and develop in a more focused and individualized setting, ask us about Private and Small Group Training. We offer on-court private or small group coaching and personal strength, power, agility and athletic movement training for basketball players of all ages.
