I’ve worked with hundreds of athletes from various sports with focuses in sport performance, injury rehabilitation, and fitness conditioning.
Undergraduate Assistant at The University of British Columbia 2017-2020 with experience with rugby, hockey, volleyball and basketball teams
Undergraduate Assistant Lead on-field strength and conditioning coach UBC Men’s Rugby (2017-2020)
Lead Strength Coach with UBC Men’s Rugby (2019-2020)
Assistant coach for the Level 10 Hockey Development Program (2017 and 2018)
Volunteer youth rugby coach in the North Shore community helping grow the sport of rugby and teaching key skills to young athletes. I have also been involved with rugby camps for all ages K-12

Volunteered as assistant and head coach for Handsworth Secondary School and Capilano Rugby Club Youth Programs (2012-2017) as well as Regional rep rugby coach U-15 and U-16 in 2015 & 2016
