BASKETBALL PREP SCHOOL

Level 10’s Sports Performance Trainers teamed up with Christin Dickenson, Assistant Coach of the University of Regina Lady Cougars to offer the most comprehensive basketball training program ever.

Each session combines On-Court Basketball Skill Development with Basketball Specific Sport Performance Training to develop players who posses not only basketball skills but also the athleticism to execute those skills with quickness, agility, speed, power and strength

Summer Training: June 1st – August 1st

Times:  Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs @ 3:30pm, 4:15pm, 5:00pm and 5:45pm

BIRTHDAY & GROUP PARTIES IN THE ROCK CLIMBING ROOM

Our NEW Rock Climbing Room is a great place for a Party!  
Each party consists of 2 hours in our rock climbing room with options to customize your rock climbing adventure with other activities.

Your choice of other activities includes:
Lacrosse, Basketball, Soccer, various tag games, obstacle courses and relays etc. Feel free to ask about activities not listed as we may be able to supply the equipment.
**All parents must sign a waiver form before their child can participate on the rock climbing wall.

Each party is $200+GST
(maximum of 15 participants)

TANITA BODY COMPOSITION ANALYZER

Level 10 is thrilled about the addition of the Tanita Body Composition Analyzer (BCA) to its facility.

Tanita BCA is a platform-based electrode system with hand grips that provides weight and a complete body composition analysis in less than 30 seconds. Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) is considered one of the most reliable and accessible methods of screening body fat.

 You will find out what is going on inside your body by categorizing weight into muscle mass, water, and body fat. BIA will show you separate body mass readings for the right arm, left arm, trunk, right leg and left leg. It will also print out a complete body composition profile in seconds including:  Weight, Body Fat Percentage, Body Fat Mass, Body Mass Index, Fat Free Mass, Estimated Muscle Mass, Total Body Water and Basal Metabolic Rate.

BIA’s detailed results and accurate reporting will assist you in keeping track of your progress and help you stay motivated!
