RESISTANCE TRAINING
CORE CARE: This 60 minute class is effective for all ages, genders and fitness levels. Work through a variety of core exercises including flexion, extension, rotation and stabilization.
BOOT CAMP: This workout includes a combination of exercises that focus on core stability, muscle strength and endurance, balance, and cardiovascular training.
HEAD TO TOE: Utilizing barbells & dumbbells for strength & resistance. Class rotates monthly between strength, power and endurance formats, providing the changes you need to avoid plateaus and maximize results. Core & Cardio – a little bit of it all! Suitable for EVERYONE!
JACK AND JILL GET RIPPED: This is a high intensity workout, aimed at increasing muscular definition through high repetitions and low weights. The class will include a combination of exercises that focus on core stability, muscle strength and endurance, balance, and cardiovascular training.
SCULPT & CORE: Sculpt your way to a leaner body while strengthening your core! Using various cardio techniques, high repetitions and decreased weight this class is a sure fit for those wanting to tone muscle while burning calories.
YOGA
HATHA YOGA: Focuses on improving posture, increasing functional range of motion, enhancing body-awareness, and restoring your energy. This class targets the stiffness and tension in your body by paying particular attention to correct technique and physical alignment while stretching.
ASHTANGA YOGA: Involves linking of the breath with progressive series of postures. The purpose is to create intense internal heat which leads to cleansing of the body through increased circulation and sweating. Great way to improve your flexibility as well as tendon and hard tissue strength.
