The Athlete's Edge is designed to allow young athletes to enhance their athleticism through dryland training. Athletes are instructed on proper form in all facets of sport including: speed, agility, power, strength, reaction, quickness, balance and endurance. We also take the time to work with each individual and provide prescriptions for correcting muscular imbalances caused by each respective sport, as well as improving posture. But make no mistake, in addition to all the learning that occurs in these sessions, you will get a tremendous workout and have alot of fun!

Junior Athlete's edge

These 45 minute sessions are designed for the younger athletes that want to get a jump start on developing their fitness. Athletes learn to correctly perform basic exercises working on quick feet, basic strength, agility, balance and endurance. Registration is open to athletes of all sports, but age is restricted to 7-11 yr olds. Drop-ins welcome (cost = $15 per session)
