BIO

Glenn was born and raised in Vancouver, attending high school at Vancouver College where he competed in football, basketball and track & field. Glenn attended the University of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia, earning a degree in Sport and Exercise Science. During his studies, Glen completed extensive course work in functional anatomy, biomechanics, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and nutrition. While in Australia, Glenn also received his level 1 Olympic lifting certification under Australian coaches Mike Keelan and Lyn Jones.

 

Prior to coming to Level 10, Glenn was the strength and conditioning coach for the U-19 Nutri Grain Surf iron man Champion, and has worked with both elite soccer and rugby league players in Queensland. In 2006 under the tutelage of coaches Tommy Moffitt and Gayle Hatch Glenn was an intern strength and conditioning coach at Louisiana State University- working with men's and women's basketball, women's soccer, football and gymnastic teams.

 

In 2006 Glenn was also a performance enhancement coach at Cris Carter's FAST Program in Coral Springs, Florida under the guidance of Eddie Winslow, Aris Atoa, Matt Gates and Todd Robinett. At Cris Carter's FAST program Glenn worked with numerous athletes from NFL, CFL, MLB, AVP, ATP amateur circuit, and every NCAA sport.
