At Level 10 Fitness we offer bootcamp classes that are designed to improve the fitness level of all its participants. Our philosophy on training is to improve all aspects of fitness (power, strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and joint mobility) through a progressive approach. What differentiates us from our competition is our knowledgeable staffs ability to custom tailor workouts to safely challenge every member of the group regardless of their fitness level or previous experience. For the past 4 years Level 10 has helped its clients reach their health and wellness goals in the North Shore Winter Club.

At Level 10 Fitness we offer an athletic development class for children ages 9-17. We believe in developing athletes according to their individual needs such as physical maturity, strengths and weaknesses, imbalances, and injury history, combined with position and sport specific requirements. We integrate injury prevention exercises each session and guide athletes safely through graduated levels of exercise. We believe that elite performance in sports is dependent on many factors coming together such as power, speed, strength, agility, flexibility/mobility, aerobic & anaerobic endurance, and a belief in yourself.
