The Level 10 Bootycamp is Level 10's most popular boot camp, and has even been featured in the Vancouver Sun. This class is highly intense with the combination of full body strength circuits and cardio. Trainers use the large gym space to effectively mix in a variety of cardio such as stairs, spinning, and running into the class. A lot of core/hip/torso work is also incorporated into each class. You will laugh, sweat, and cry all in the same hour!
